Accelerated orthodontics is cutting-edge technology that allows you to cut your orthodontic treatment time in half! If this sounds good to you, accelerated orthodontics might be for you. Read on to learn more!

What Is Accelerated Orthodontics?

Typically, braces or Invisalign may be worn for over a year. Accelerated orthodontics can shave off a significant chunk of this time. This treatment is safe and highly effective, even for complex cases of misalignment.

How Does Accelerated Orthodontics Work?

This is done using the PROPEL Orthodontics system to give your orthodontic progress a big boost. Essentially, we encourage teeth to move into place faster by stimulating bone restructuring. We do this by poking tiny holes in the mouth. For the procedure, we numb your mouth using a topical anesthetic so no shots are needed. There is minimal discomfort with accelerated orthodontics and–best of all–the results are astounding!

Are Accelerated Orthodontics Right for Me?

If you are considering orthodontic treatment but would prefer to not spend a great deal of time wearing an appliance, you may be a good candidate for accelerated orthodontics. As with any treatment, we invite you to visit Stroope Orthodontics for a consultation. At your appointment, we’ll evaluate your current teeth alignment, discuss your smile goals, go over your treatment options, and discuss a financial plan.
